Hey ladies & gents. So today was my 3rd day working out. I'm still a bit sore from the workout on Monday but lemme tell you something the workout on Monday was nothing compared to the workout I did today. Today I doubled my workout by choosing two workout routines which I have listed down below:
Also right after I worked out I ate:
-Small handful of chicken breast
-1 cup of water
-Small scoop of rice
-1 Corn Tortilla
*all portioned sized
& yes I'm Mexican... I HAVE to HAVE a tortilla with EVERY meal! Normally I would have like 3-5 tortillas and today I had just 1... Not bad huh? I'm still a teeny bit hungry but I guess you can say I am satisfied with my meal which is probably the point of doing the whole "portion sizing" thing. I kind of hate the fact that I don't get to pig out like I normally would but it's all for the best right? I think I'm definitely going to continue doing the whole portion sizing thing and we'll see how it goes. As for tomorrow's workout I think I'm definitely going to do swimming and possibly (if I have time) I'll do another of the Tone it Up Workout's!
I haven't seen result's yet but I definitely feel a change in my attitude towards working out, now I look as it as time to spend by myself. You know nice quality (alone time) LOL. Uhm also, I have noticed a change in my energy, I'm a lot more active now! (:
Hey ladies & gents. So today I weight myself. I have no idea why I didn't weigh myself yesterday so I decided I was doing to do it today!
So my weight is: 126
My goal is to get down to at least 115
Ready set goal!
So Today I didn't do any of my Tone it Up Workout's cause my boyfriend came over and we were doing a bunch of homework and whatnot. But I did swim some laps and casually swam for about 45 Minutes today in P.E. So it kind of makes up for not doing my Tone It Up Workout's today! <3
I'm trying to be real hard on myself and not give up so easily. I'm super proud of myself for at least attempting to do something healthy. Also, I have almost completely given up juice and soda. I try to drink water half of the time and if not I'll try to go easy on the soda!
So today was a pretty good day and I switched out my Tone it Up Workout for some swimming!
Hey ladies & gents. Today was the first day of my work out diary. I have created this blog to keep track of all of the workout's I have made so far. This is one is my first one obviously, today I worked out and omg it was great. I have never felt the burn as strong as I have today.
I really enjoyed it, what I really like about Tone it up Fitness is that you don't need any fancy smancy balls or special fitness gear you can basically do this anywhere and with anyone you don't need that much surveillance. For example when I thought I was going it wrong I stood in front of a mirror and was like: "hold up... that doesn't look right" and I'd fix it, also you can stop when you don't feel comfortable or when you feel like your body is responding funny which is something I liked. Also! I may also say that just cause your tired and sweaty and cause no one's watching you it doesn't mean you stop LOL. I know exactly what you're thinking!
So some of you may be asking or thinking: "You look good...why are you working out again?" So well yes. Maybe some of you might think that I look good and that I should just leave my body alone. So I'm going to go into a pretty story here. My aunt, grandma, uncles, aunts, mom and etc.. have diabetes. I don't want to end up unhealthy like them, I want to strive for a healthier lifestyle. I don't feel sexy, I don't feel pretty, I feel fat to the point where this is affecting my personal health. I feel really down when it comes down to my weight and I'm about prepared to start loosing a little bit of weight. I might not end up being a size zero but if I can at least loose one pants size that would be great. I used to be a size 3 and now I'm a size 7 or hardly a size 5 if I squish myself into those jeans.
So my goal is: Get toned and maybe loose a pants size.
